When you think of plastic surgery, you might think of procedures like facelifts, rhinoplasties, or breast augmentations as most common. But in recent years, non-surgical aesthetic procedures have become increasingly popular and accessible.
According to a 2024 global survey from the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), the leading organization for aesthetic plastic surgeons, more than 20 million non-surgical procedures were performed last year. The survey also found that the total number of both surgical and non-surgical procedures performed increased 40% over the past four years.
The most popular non-surgical procedures? Per the report, botulinum toxin (Botox), hyaluronic acid, hair removal chemical peels, and nonsurgical fat reductions are at the top of the list. These are “tweakments,” treatments that are meant to be more subtle and less detectable than ones that require going under the knife, and include procedures like Botox and filler injections and lasers to lift and smooth.
As these procedures become more common, it’s no wonder more stars have shared their own experiences getting “tweakments.” Here are nine celebrities who’ve opened up about getting non-surgical cosmetic procedures like Botox, lasers, and fillers.

Olivia Colman, 51

Image Credit: Kristina Bumphrey/Variety In a February 2024 interview with BBC Radio 2, Olivia Colman, 51, shared that she gets Botox.
During a game of music trivia, Colman asked host Vernon Kay how much Botox he’s had done after finding out they’re the same age. When he said none and asked how much she’s had, Colman was refreshingly honest.
“Oh, I’ve had loads,” the Oscar winner said. When Kay asked her if it hurt, Colman laughed and said “Yeah! It’s needles in your face.”
It’s not the first time Colman opened up about getting the injections. In 2015, she told the Times that she’s “done Botox and I LOVED it,” although she only does it between roles.

Jennifer Lawrence, 35

Image Credit: Kristina Bumphrey/Variety Academy Award winner Jennifer Lawrence, 35, recently shared which cosmetic treatments she’s had done. In a recent in-depth profile in the New Yorker, Lawrence told writer Jia Tolentino that she gets Botox but doesn’t get fillers because they’re visible on camera, which could compromise her performances.
“She gets Botox, but she has to be able to use her forehead and to play people who don’t have access to celebrity dermatology,” wrote Tolentino. “Mostly joking, I asked if she’d had the seemingly ubiquitous new style of facelift done. ‘No,’ she said. ‘But, believe me, I’m gonna!’”

Kaley Cuoco, 39

Image Credit: Mike Tran/Variety Kaley Cuoco, the 39 year-old star of The Big Bang Theory and The Flight Attendant, has long credited fillers with helping her maintain her appearance. In a 2016 cover story for Women’s Health, Cuoco outlined the enhancements she’s had, which include dermal fillers for a line in her neck, plus breast implants and a nose job.
“Years ago, I had my nose done,” Cuoco told the magazine. “And my boobs—best thing I ever did. Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12. As much as you want to love your inner self…I’m sorry, you also want to look good. I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.”

Zoe Saldaña, 47

Image Credit: Michael Buckner/Variety Recent Academy Award winner Zoe Saldaña, 47, revealed that she gets occasional Botox injections. In a red carpet interview with Extra TV this year, the Emilia Pérez and Avatar star said she “does a little Botox, like everybody does” along with getting good sleep to look her best.

Amanda Seyfried, 39

Image Credit: Gilbert Flores/Variety Actress Amanda Seyfried, 39, recently revealed that she gave up her usual regimen of Botox for a year while making her new film, The Testament of Ann Lee, a historical musical in which she plays the founder of an 18th century religious sect.
“I couldn’t get Botox for a year,” Seyfried told Vanity Fair in August. “That was a big assignment…. When I first got [Botox], I was, like, This is amazing—because I frown a lot. But then it all came back in a way that was absolutely necessary for all the work I was doing.”

Kim Cattrall, 69

Image Credit: Aitor Rosas Sune/WWD Sex and the City star Kim Cattrall, 69, had a candid discussion with the Sunday Times in 2023 about aging and what it takes to maintain her appearance, which includes some cosmetic procedures.
“I probably said that in my forties! I’m in my sixties now and I’m all about battling aging in every way I can,” the actress told the newspaper.
“There are fillers, Botox, there’s so many different things that you can investigate and try and see if it’s for you,” she added. “But yes, if you have the money and, more importantly, the right surgeon. It can’t be emphasized enough. You want to look like you!”

Robin Wright, 59

Image Credit: John Nacion/Variety Actress and director Robin Wright, opened up to the Telegraph in 2014 about getting “a sprinkle of Botox” in her face a couple times per year.
“You bet. Everybody f— does it. I suppose I can’t say ‘everybody’ because I don’t know for sure, but come on… It’s just the tiniest sprinkle of Botox twice a year,” the star of The Girlfriend told the newspaper, who noted that she gets only a little to preserve movement. “I think most women do 10 units, but that freezes the face and you can’t move it. This is just one unit, and it’s just sprinkled here and there to take the edge off,” she added.

Chloë Sevigny, 50

Image Credit: Kristina Bumphrey/Variety Botox and lasers are part of how Feud star Chloë Sevigny maintains her appearance.
Sevigny detailed her skincare and beauty routines in a 2019 interview with Into the Gloss, which includes visits to her dermatologist for the non-surgical skin lifting treatment Ulthera and Botox injections.
“I think Botox is good! It’s just a preventative for my 11 lines, but also [my doctor is] very conservative because I’m an actress. I attack [the 11s] too, with massage,” she said.

Linda Evangelista, 60

Image Credit: Gilbert Flores/Variety Supermodel Linda Evangelista, 60, spoke with Vogue in September 2023 about how she maintains the face that earned her the nickname “The Chameleon.” Part of that routine includes Botox injections.
“I don’t mind and I never did mind aging. Aging gets us to where we want to be, and that’s for me a long life,” Evangelista told the fashion bible in a joint cover story with her fellow Supers Christy Turlington Burns, Cindy Crawford, and Naomi Campbell. “I want wrinkles—but I Botox my forehead so I am a hypocrite—but I want to grow old. I want to watch my son grow into a fine young man. I just want to stick around.”
Evangelista has been open about other procedures she’s tried, which include liposuction and CoolSculpting, a non-invasive procedure that targets and reduces fat cells.
However, Evangelista told People in 2022 that the procedure had the opposite of the intended effect: she told the magazine that she developed Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH), a rare side effect from the procedure that causes fat cells to increase rather than decrease. Evangelista said the procedure left her “permanently deformed” and caused her to retreat from public life.
She has since returned to the spotlight and settled a lawsuit with the company behind the procedure, Zeltiq Cosmetics Inc, in 2022.
